Sarah Clasby Engel, a Partner with Harke Clasby & Bushman, concentrates her practice in the areas of consumer class action litigation, insurance litigation, employment matters, products liability, and general commercial litigation.
An active Certified County and Circuit Civil Mediator, Ms. Engel has helped hundreds of parties successfully resolve their disputes. She also has served in hundreds of cases as a qualified expert witness on attorneys’ fees matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Engel served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Barry L. Garber, United States Magistrate Judge in the Southern District of Florida. She also worked as a Litigation Associate at the law firms of Keith Mack Lewis Cohen & Lumpkin, Steel Hector & Davis, and Hector & Harke.
Throughout her career, Ms. Engel has received awards and accolades for her legal work and contributions to the field of law and the general community.
